Milwaukee Looks to Get Back into Series versus Brooklyn, Utah Looks to go 2-up on LA Clippers

NBA Playoffs Parlay Predictions Returns a 12 for 1 Payout on Nets vs Bucks & Clippers vs Jazz

Kevin Durant is looking unstoppable through the first two games of the Brooklyn Nets series against the Milwaukee Bucks. And if the Bucks don’t find an answer soon, they’ll be hitting the fairways before the weekend is done.

Durant poured in 32 points on a very tidy 12-of-18 shooting performance and Kyrie Irving wasn’t too far behind with 22 points on 9-of-17 shooting on their way to a 125-86 romp in the park over Milwaukee.

As good as the team was offensively, with the starters shooting a combined 57.7% from the field, what may be more impressive is what they are doing defensively. Milwaukee never scored more than 24 points in any single quarter and they trailed by 17 after the first.

It’s just one game, and James Harden will likely miss this one again with his hamstring issue, but losses like the first two Milwaukee have taken on the chin here can suck the life out of a team. We’ll see what kind of pushback they have in what is their most important game of the season.

Utah Jazz in the meanwhile pulled out a thriller over the Los Angeles Clippers, 112-109 in game one of their series. It was the Jazz’ fifth straight win of the playoffs, all coming since Donovan Mitchell returned from injury.

He was a force to be reckoned with in the second half of this one as he led Utah all the way back from a 13-point first half deficit for the 112-109 victory.

Mitchell admitted to dealing with a bout of nausea and light-headedness to start the game, but he pulled it together on the way to a 45-point night, including 32 after the break.

Especially concerning to the Clippers is that they could not pull out a win on a night that Kawhi Leonard scored 23 points and Paul George put up 20 points and 11 rebounds.

George is going to have to improve on his 4-for-17 shooting performance for the Clippers to bounce back in this one.

Rudy Gobert had 12 rebounds in this one for the Jazz anchoring one of the league’s best defenses and two blocks, including a game-tying attempt in the dying moments.

The big surprise though was Royce O’Neal who had his best game of the playoffs while guarding George, coming up with 11 rebounds a block and a steal.

PG Mike Conley missed game one for the Jazz with a hamstring issue and will be a game-time decision for this one.

Serge Ibaka is out for the Clippers and that’s one less big body to help guard Gobert.
