The Philadelphia 76ers have a daunting schedule for the remainder of the regular season, and their recent excruciating 110-107 loss to the Boston Celtics only adds to the pressure. With a home game against the Miami Heat on Monday, the Sixers must respond quickly. The game against Boston saw Jayson Tatum hit a game-winning 3-pointer with just 1.3 seconds remaining. Joel Embiid put in another MVP-like performance with an impressive 41 points, 12 rebounds, five assists and three blocked shots. Although he did manage to sink a spectacular 75-foot shot as time expired, it wasn’t enough to change the outcome of the game. Tonight, fans will experience an exciting matchup as Embiid goes up against Bam Adebayo.
Well lets start off with the injury report, the Sixers are going in with a healthy lineup. Though Miami is banged up. Kyle Lowry is questionable as he is recovering from a left knee soreness and so is Tyler Herro who is dealing with a right rib contusion.
Looking into some trends, the Heat have just not been good on the road nor have they been good on the ATS lately. The Sixers on the other hand have been good at homecourt holding a home record of 24-9. Philly is has also been good on the ATS as they are 5-1 in their last 6 games overall. They are also 4-0 against the spread in their last 4 home games versus a team with a losing road record.
