Despite a rocky start to the season and deficiencies that became apparent when star guard Devin Booker suffered a hamstring injury, the Phoenix Suns have managed to turn things around. The team won 11 out of 15 games leading up to the All-Star break, with Booker now healthy and the addition of Kevin Durant giving them renewed energy. With just 22 games left in the regular season, the Suns are once again being seen as a title contender. Although Durant won’t be playing on Friday night when Phoenix resumes play after the All-Star break against the Oklahoma City Thunder, his impact on the team is already evident.
Looking into the injury report, OKC are going into Friday night’s game with a healthy lineup. As for the Suns, they will be again without Landry Shamet and as mentioned before Kevin Durant. Though, Cameron Payne is questionable to return for tonight matchup.
Betting trends for tonight’s game are quite irrelevant as both team are hot on the ATS. Regardless, the Suns have just been on fire and play really good at home as they hold a 20-10 record. They are coming off a road loss but Phoenix is 4-0 against the spread in their last 4 games following a straight up loss, and tonight they play on homecourt.
