Week 4 NFL Office Pool Picks: Expert Selections

After three weeks of NFL action, we have a clear picture of each team’s performance. Some teams are struggling, like the Vikings, Broncos, Panthers, and Bears who are all winless, while the Dolphins and Eagles remain undefeated. Last week, the favorites finally covered the spread, going 9-7 straight up. This week, they’ll be looking to continue their dominance. As a sports betting writer, I’ll provide you with the best bets ATS for each of the 16 Week 4 matchups.

First up, the Detroit Lions (+1.5) over the Green Bay Packers. Although the Lions are on the road, they have what it takes to win this game. Quarterback Jared Goff showed his potential in their Week 1 victory over the Chiefs, and he’ll continue to find success through the air against the Packers. The Packers’ backup quarterback, Jordan Love, hasn’t been impressive so far, and if the Lions can get an early lead, they’ll be able to seal the deal. I’m predicting a Lions victory, 28-23.

Next, we have the Atlanta Falcons (+3) over the Jacksonville Jaguars in London. The Falcons are being given a full field goal, and I believe they’ll keep this game close enough to cover. The Falcons’ run game, led by Bijan Robinson, will be the difference-maker against a struggling Jaguars defense. Although the Jaguars will be eager to bounce back from their loss to the Texans, the Falcons will dominate in the trenches, leading them to a 20-17 victory.

In a pivotal AFC North divisional matchup, I’m picking the Baltimore Ravens (+2.5) over the Cleveland Browns. While I expect the Browns to come out on top, they won’t be able to cover this short spread. The Browns have been impressive, especially in their win against the Titans, but the hungry Ravens will keep it close and rely on a last-second field goal for the victory. Browns win, 20-19.

The Cincinnati Bengals (-2.5) will defeat the Tennessee Titans. Quarterback Joe Burrow has been playing through a calf injury, but it hasn’t affected his performance. The Bengals’ passing game, with weapons like Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, will overpower the Titans’ struggling defense. This win will bring the Bengals back to .500, with a final score of 27-13.

The Denver Broncos (-3) will easily cover the spread against the Chicago Bears. Although the Broncos struggled defensively last week, facing the Bears will be a different story. Bears’ quarterback Justin Fields has yet to find his rhythm, and the struggling Broncos can take advantage. Broncos win, 21-13.

The Indianapolis Colts (-1) will defeat the LA Rams. While the Colts haven’t named their starting quarterback for Week 4, they are in capable hands with Gardner Minshew. The Rams’ defense will struggle against the Colts’ offense, resulting in a Colts victory. Colts win, 22-17.

The Miami Dolphins (+2.5) will continue their undefeated streak against the Buffalo Bills. Although the Dolphins face a tough challenge on the road, their ability to adapt to any defensive scheme will be the difference-maker. The Bills may have had dominating victories in their first two games, but the Dolphins won’t go down easily. Dolphins win, 35-28.

The Carolina Panthers (+3.5) will keep it close against the Minnesota Vikings. While the Panthers haven’t looked impressive on offense, the struggling Vikings defense will allow them to finally get things going. The Vikings will come out on top, but the Panthers will prove their potential. Vikings win, 23-21.

The Pittsburgh Steelers (-3) will easily cover the spread against the Houston Texans. The Steelers’ dominant defense will shut down the Texans’ offense, led by quarterback CJ Stroud. The Steelers’ offense, with Kenny Pickett at the helm, will do enough to secure a victory. Steelers win, 23-10.

In a divisional matchup, the New Orleans Saints (-3.5) will defeat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Saints’ strong defense will make it difficult for the Buccaneers’ offense, led by Baker Mayfield, to put together successful drives. The Saints’ offense may be lacking, but they will do enough to secure a victory. Saints win, 17-9.

The Washington Commanders (+8.5) will cover the spread against the Philadelphia Eagles. After a big loss to the Bills, the Commanders will bounce back in this divisional matchup. While the Eagles’ Jalen Hurts has been impressive, the Commanders’ defensive line is equipped to slow him down. Eagles win, 25-20.

The Las Vegas Raiders (+5.5) will keep it close against the LA Chargers. The Chargers’ defense isn’t strong enough to be nearly a touchdown favorite, and the loss of Mike Williams will require an adjustment period. While the Raiders’ defense may struggle, they will do enough to cover the spread. Chargers win, 28-24.

Finally, the San Francisco 49ers (-14) will dominate the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals’ upset victory last week won’t be repeated against the 49ers. The 49ers’ defense will shut down the Cardinals’ offense, resulting in a blowout victory. 49ers win, final score TBD.
