Atlanta Dream Breakdown
While the Dream didn’t make many headlines in the offseason, they’ve been turning heads where it matters: the win column. Atlanta enters Friday night’s matchup with Indiana sitting at 12-7, fourth in the WNBA standings, and on pace for home-court advantage in the opening round.
Head coach Karl Smesko’s fast-paced system focuses on high-volume threes and relentless driving, and while the Dream are only middle-of-the-pack in shooting efficiency, they’re elite in hustle stats, ranking second in rebounds (37.3 RPG) and committing the fewest turnovers in the league (11.8 per game). That combination keeps them in games even when shots aren’t falling.

Indiana Fever Breakdown
