That kind of bounce-back mentality is exactly why Skubal’s a Cy Young front-runner again and nearly a lock to start the All-Star Game.

That said, he did pitch decently against Detroit earlier this season, but with how the Tigers have been swinging the bats, especially after crushing four homers on Saturday, he’s facing a steep climb.
