$100K Survivor Contest
General Terms & Conditions
- The MyBookie $100K Survivor Contest kicks off with Week 1 of the 2024 NFL regular season on Thursday, September 5, 2024.
- Each week, contestants select one team to win their game outright—no point spreads involved.
- If your chosen team wins, your entry continues, and you select a team for the following week.
- If your selected team loses or ties, your entry is out.
- Once you pick a team for a week, you can’t pick them again for the rest of the contest.
- The last contestant(s) standing without a loss wins the $100K Survivor Contest.
- The contest concludes at the end of Week 18 or when only one contestant remains.
- For example, if four contestants remain in Week 14 and three select losing teams, the last standing contestant wins.
- If no contestants survive until the end, the $100,000 prize will be divided among those with active entries entering the final week.
- For instance, if two contestants remain in Week 14 and both lose, they split the prize.
- If multiple contestants remain after Week 18, the prize pool is split evenly.
- In the event of a game cancellation or postponement not rescheduled before Wednesday, both teams will be considered losers, and contestants selecting them will be eliminated but refunded.
- MyBookie reserves the right to change the contest at any time.
Contest Registration
- To enter, contestants must have a valid MyBookie account.
- The entry fee for the $100K Survivor Contest is $10 per entry.
- Participants may purchase up to fifty (50) entries, with each counted separately for prize distribution.
- Entries must be bought with real cash, deducted from the contestant’s account upon purchase. Bonus funds, like Free Play, are not eligible for entry purchases.
- All sales are final. No refunds. Double-check your entries before confirming.
- The contest entry deadline is Monday, September 9, 2024, at 8:15 PM ET.
- Free entries count toward your total limit. For example, 49 paid entries + 1 free entry = 50 entries.
- Upon purchasing an entry, create a contest nickname (if you don’t have one). Your nickname identifies you in contests.
- Multiple entries will share the same nickname but will be distinguished by numbers (e.g., [1], [2], [3]).
- Inappropriate nicknames are prohibited and may result in disqualification without a refund.
- Games lock five minutes before kickoff each week.
- Failing to select a team by Monday, September 9, 2024, at 8:15 PM ET will result in elimination.
- If choosing a Thursday or Saturday game, select at least five minutes before kickoff.
- If the NFL season is postponed, entries are paused until games resume.
- If the NFL season is canceled, remaining survivor entries will be awarded prizes. No refunds will be given.
Making Your Picks
- To make a pick, load your contest entry and check the box next to your chosen team.
- Each game locks five minutes before its scheduled kickoff time.
- Picks can be changed until a game locks. After that, selections are confirmed and unchangeable.
- Contestants must submit picks by Monday night at 8:15 PM ET.
- Failure to pick results in a loss and elimination.
- Teams unavailable for selection may have already locked, been chosen previously, or are on a bye week.
- Designations like ‘W3’ or ‘W4’ show when a team was used in past weeks.
- Confirmation will display once a pick is successfully submitted.
- Repeat the process for each additional entry until all picks are submitted.
- Selecting an entry loads the current NFL week’s matchups.
- Repeat the selection process for each entry.
$100,000 Prize
- The $100K Survivor Contest is a winner-takes-all competition.
- If multiple contestants remain after Week 18, the $100,000 prize is split evenly.
- Prize money is awarded as cash and will be deposited into winners’ accounts within 48 hours.
Leaderboard Page
- This page shows all contest entries and their weekly picks.
- A green checkmark next to a team indicates a win; a red ‘x’ indicates a tie or loss. A large ‘X’ signifies elimination or no pick submitted.
- Click any nickname to see available teams for that entry.
- The page also displays updated statistics: ‘Players’ for original entries, ‘Eliminated’ for out entries, and ‘Survivors’ for active entries.
Matchup Info and Reminder Emails
- Use the Matchup Info button to access each week’s matchup statistics. Clicking outside this dropdown returns you to the Submit Picks page.
- The Set Reminders button allows you to configure email reminders. Choose one, both, or neither option and click submit to set up reminders. Uncheck boxes if no reminders are desired. Clicking outside this dropdown returns you to the Submit Picks page.
- Email reminders are only sent for pending entries.
- Reminder email settings can be changed anytime.
General Terms
- MyBookie.ag House Rules apply unless otherwise noted.
- MyBookie.ag can cancel the contest or refuse registrations/wagers violating laws or regulations. The contest may also be canceled due to technical difficulties or other uncontrollable events.
- Entry fees are non-refundable, except if the contest is canceled.
- All games count regardless of location changes. Canceled or postponed games must occur by Tuesday of the following week to count, or contestants earn zero points.
- MyBookie employees and their immediate families cannot enter the Survivor Contest.
- Contestants allow MyBookie.ag to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
- MyBookie.ag has sole discretion in rule interpretation, eligibility, and other contest decisions.
- MyBookie.ag may disqualify participants for fraud, dishonesty, rule violations, or misconduct related to this contest.
- Rules and updates are available at MyBookie.ag/Survivor Contest. Registration confirms acceptance of these rules and any updates.
