With elite production from Napheesa Collier (23 points vs. LA) and strong support from Alanna Smith, Courtney Williams, and Jessica Shepard, the Lynx are showing depth, balance, and experience.
More importantly, they’ve demonstrated the ability to take over games in the second half outscoring both of their first two opponents with explosive third quarters. If Minnesota brings that same defensive energy for all four quarters, as Williams insists they’re aiming for, this one could get out of hand early.

The Wings are navigating growing pains a brand-new coach, nine fresh faces, and the high expectations tied to rookie sensation Paige Bueckers. After two losses at home, Dallas hits the road for the first time, looking to bounce back.
Despite Bueckers dropping 19 points in Monday’s loss to Seattle, the Wings shot just 38% from the field and got minimal impact from All-Star Arike Ogunbowale, who managed just eight points on 2-of-14 shooting. The team’s chemistry is clearly still under construction.
